| Tuscan Ridge is a quiet, beautiful and
prestigious community of luxury
residential and holiday rental homes. Located just off US Hwy 27, 3
miles north of I-4, the community was completed in 2005 and has some of
the most sought after floor plans set on oversized lots. The Villa is a 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and its 4 theme parks and 25 minutes drive to Universal Studios and its 2 theme parks. The new Posner Mall, with a number of major shops which include Books a Million, JC Penny, Target and numerous other outlets is only 5 minutes drive away. For a traditional Southern American Breakfast Cracker Barrel is under 5 minutes, along with various other restaurants. For the golf lovers a 5 minutes drive will take you to 5 Championship golf courses - 2 on Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including The David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and 3 on Reunion which is the home of the Annika Sorenstam school - the Annika Academy. If that's not enough there are a further 30 Golf Courses within a 30 mile radius. In only 10 minutes you can get to the famous US Hwy 192 Kissimmee along with its 15 mile run of several hundred shops, outlets and restaurants. Our executive 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, villa which sleeps up to 8 people is situated on the beautiful and prestigious community of Countryside at Tuscan Ridge. Our Hibiscus floor plan is tastefully decorated and has been professionally furnished and equipped throughout, with many luxury features. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with King size beds, two twin-bedded rooms, a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, a living room, a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a dining room and a laundry room. The villa also contains a fully equipped games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and a Playstation PS2 with games. All bedrooms have walk in closets, hangers and all linen (including towels and towels for use around the pool) are provided, however we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels. The family room has HD Cable TV with DVD, a CD player/Tuner; a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living room and all of the bedrooms have Cable TV. All patio doors and windows that open have had alarms installed for your peace of mind. The breakfast nook is furnished with a table and four chairs, for children or informal dining. There is a separate dining room furnished with a beautiful dark cherry wood dining suite for more formal dining. The kitchen is fitted with a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, twin sinks with a waste disposal unit. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle etc. All cooking and dining utensils are provided. There is a telephone which provides for all local and long distance calls free of charge, plus there is internet access for VOIP. The laundry room is equipped with a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer; an ironing board and iron are also provided. To the rear is a fully screened heated 26ft x 13ft pool with an adjoining raised Spa/Jacuzzi, the ideal place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks, or on the golf course. The pool has extensive decking to capture the day long sunshine or those magnificent Floridian sunsets. The pool area is equipped with poolside furniture, you can choose either to bathe in the sun and top up your tan, or retreat to the welcoming shade of the Lanai with its cooling ceiling fans, the choice is yours. The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in, but keeps unwanted bugs out. Enjoy the thrill of moonlit bathing in your own illuminated pool, or savour the peace and tranquillity whilst sitting out and star gazing with a refreshing cold drink. |
